Elisabeth FekoniaI live with my husband Frank at Black Mountain on six acres where we grow and produce most of our own food. I milk my own cows, goats and sheep and make cheese with their milk. We grow most of our fruit and vegetables in our extensive veggie gardens. We also eat our own sourdough bread and a variety of other fermented food and drink.Over the last twelve years we have learnt how to be largely self sufficient and I have taught others to do the same by teaching through informal workshops from the farm.I am now launching my new Permaculture Teaching business where I endeavour to teach on topics that include cheese making, sourdough, fruit wine, miso, tempeh, soya sauce and growing and cooking tropical vegetables from the Permaculture food forest garden.I am an accredited Permaculture teacher and my aim is to teach one of the elective units of Certificate ll in Permaculture: 'Prepare and Store Permaculture Products' (PIL205A)
