Self-Sufficiency Course
|
A course that covers livestock in a Permaculture system, organic care of livestock, home kill, making sausages, bacon and prosciutto, making soap and ointment from pig fat, lactic fermented preserves, home bee keeping, constructing a methane digester and designing your own pizza, cob oven and meat smoker.
